In addition, do a withstand voltage test on the capacitor, seal the two plates with wires, and perform a voltage withstand test on it. If there is no high-voltage generator, you can also use a 2500V shaker to insulate it against the ground. If there is no voltage regulator, you can also use 2500V to shake the meter between phases. The resistance value will gradually increase during the re-shaking process, but the needle should be reversed immediately when the meter is turned off. Otherwise, there is a problem with the capacitor. Remember to discharge after shaking.
