High-voltage switchgear debugging steps 1. Brief introduction of high-voltage switchgear High-voltage metal-enclosed switchgear is composed of two parts: a cabinet and a handcart. The cabinet is divided into four independent compartments by metal partitions: bus compartment, circuit breaker trolley compartment, cable compartment and relay instrument compartment. Handcarts are divided into circuit breaker handcarts, metering handcarts, isolation handcarts, etc. according to their uses. Handcarts with the same specifications can be freely interchanged. Handcarts have test positions and working positions in the cabinet, and each position is in place. Device to ensure reliable interlocking. The high-voltage switchgear has a safe and reliable interlocking device, which can meet the requirements of 'five preventions': 1 to prevent misoperation of the circuit breaker; 2 to prevent the disconnect switch with load, that is, to prevent pushing and pulling the trolley with load; Live grounding switch; 4 to prevent power transmission with grounding wire, that is, to prevent power transmission when the grounding switch is in the grounding position; 5 to prevent accidental entry of the live interval a) When the circuit breaker trolley is in the test or working position, the circuit breaker can be switched on and off , And after the circuit breaker is closed, the handcart cannot move, preventing the circuit breaker from being pulled or pushed by mistake with load. b) Only when the grounding switch is in the opening position, the circuit breaker trolley can be moved from the test position to the working position. Only when the circuit breaker is in the test position, the grounding switch can be closed, which can prevent mis-closing when energized. The grounding switch and preventing the grounding switch from closing the circuit breaker when it is in the closed position. c) When the grounding switch is in the open position, neither the lower door nor the rear door can be opened, which prevents accidental entry into the electrified interval. d) When the circuit breaker is in the working position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be pulled out. In order to ensure safety and the reliability of each interlocking device from damage, the operation must be carried out in accordance with the interlocking anti-misoperation procedures. 2. The power supply operation procedure of the main power supply cabinet 1) Close all cabinet doors and rear sealing plates, and lock them. 2) Push up the transfer trolley and position it, push the circuit breaker trolley into the cabinet and position it in the test position. (When pushing the circuit breaker, you need to press the two push and pull handles of the circuit breaker to the middle and push forward forcefully at the same time ( Push into the cabinet), after the circuit breaker reaches the test position, release the push-pull handle, and the handle should automatically reset.) Manually insert the aviation plug, close the handcart compartment door and lock it. 3) Observe whether the instruments and signal indications of the upper cabinet door are normal. (In normal conditions, the integrated relay power supply light is on, the circuit breaker opening indicator light and the energy storage indicator light are on. If all the indicators are off, open the upper cabinet door and confirm whether the bus power switches are closed. If the indicators are closed If the light is still off, the control circuit needs to be overhauled) 4) Insert the crank handle of the circuit breaker into the crank socket and press it down firmly, and turn the crank clockwise for about 20 turns. The crank is obviously blocked with a 'click'. When the sound is heard, remove the crank, the handcart is in the working position, the aviation plug is locked, the main circuit of the circuit breaker handcart is connected, and the relevant signals are checked. (Because of the mechanical interlock between the main power supply and the backup power supply, when the main power supply circuit breaker is in the working position, the backup power supply circuit breaker must be in the experimental position) 5) Observe the live display and make sure that the external power supply has been sent to the cabinet. (The light on the panel of the live display means that the external power supply has been sent to the lower contact of the circuit breaker of this cabinet. If the live indicator light is not on, you need to send the external power supply to the cabinet first) 6) Close the transfer switch to close the circuit breaker and send power. At the same time, the red closing indicator light on the instrument door is on and the green opening indicator light is off. Check other related signals, everything is normal, and the power is successfully sent (when operating the opening and closing switch, turn the operating handle clockwise to the panel indicating closing position, loosen The operating handle should be automatically reset to the pre-closing position after opening the hand) 7) If the circuit breaker is automatically opened after being closed or automatically opened during operation, it is necessary to determine the fault and remove it before re-powering according to the above procedure. (When the line fault circuit breaker is opened, it will give an audible and visual alarm, that is, the red fault indicator light on the panel is on, and the signal screen fault sounds. At this time, observe the integrated relay protection. If the protection trip light is on, the fault is line overcurrent. During troubleshooting, you can press the reset button on the signal screen to cancel the beeping. After the repair is completed, you need to manually reset the integrated relay by pressing the reset button on the integrated relay panel.) 3. Main power cabinet power-off operation procedures 1) Observe all cabinet-related signals and confirm all The circuit breakers of the outlet cabinet are in the open position. 2) The switching switch causes the circuit breaker to open and cut off the power. At the same time, the red closing indicator light on the meter door is off, and the green opening indicator light is on. Check other related signals, everything is normal, and the power cut is successful. (When operating the closing and opening switch, turn the operating handle counterclockwise to the panel indicating the minute position. After releasing the hand, the operating handle should automatically reset to the pre-opening position) 3) Insert the crank handle of the circuit breaker handcart into the crank socket and apply force Press down and turn the crank counterclockwise for about 20 laps. Remove the crank when the crank is obviously blocked with a 'click' sound. At this time, the handcart is in the test position, the aviation plug lock is released, and the handcart compartment door is opened. , Manually disengage the aviation plug. (The main circuit of the handcart is disconnected) 4) Observe the live display and confirm that it is not live before proceeding. (The lower door of the incoming line cabinet is forcedly locked by an electromagnetic lock. It can only be unlocked when the incoming line end is not energized, but the key can also be used for emergency unlocking when the incoming line end is live. The opening of the incoming line breaker does not mean that the incoming line cabinet is not Charged, if the external power supply is not stopped, the cable room is charged with high voltage at this time, and forced entry is life-threatening) 5) Open the lower door, check the electricity (required), discharge (required to discharge), hang the grounding wire (required) Hang the grounding wire), maintenance personnel can enter maintenance and overhaul. 4. The operating procedure of the standby power cabinet is the same as that of the main power cabinet.
