If there is no rotation after the hands are shifted to the right, but the indicated resistance value is not very small, it means that the electrolytic capacitor may be open-circuited, and the circuit should be disconnected for further testing. Detect when the electrolytic capacitor is energized on the line: If it is suspected that the electrolytic capacitor has a breakdown fault only when it is energized, you can energize the circuit, and then use a multimeter to measure the DC voltage across the electrolytic capacitor. If the voltage is very low or is 0V, the electrolytic capacitor has broken down. If the positive and negative signs of an electrolytic capacitor are unclear, the positive and negative electrodes must be distinguished first. Change the multimeter pen to test twice, taking the one with large leakage current (small resistance value) as the standard. One pin connected to the black test pen is the negative pole, and the other pin is the positive pole.
